Information AETE-Lite meeting 10-11 Sept (check AETE website for the latest info)

Dear Colleagues,
Due to the continuing uncertainty in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Board of the Association of Embryo technology in Europe decided to postpone the 36th Scientific Meeting of our Society, which was due to take place in Dublin (Ireland) on September 10-11. However, as we have communicated to you previously, the AETE-lite meeting will move to an online alternative this year. In this way, you do not miss any important scientific update in embryo technology.

AETE-lite will take place on September 10-11 this year

Authors of accepted abstracts will be given the opportunity to present their work as an e-Poster during our virtual congress. In addition, 9 abstracts have been chosen to be presented orally during our short oral presentation sessions. Also the sponsors will be able to share with you important novelties in the field of assisted reproduction.

Specific details about the format and specific guidelines on how to participate will be communicated the coming days and weeks. Furthermore, specific guidelines for e-poster and short oral communications will soon be uploaded on our website. We will have a prize for the “best oral presentation” and you will have an important vote in deciding who will win this AETE-prize.
To take part in this online event, we ask you to register right now through this link, which will bring you to the Conftool registration page. Only those who are registered can participate in and/or present at the AETE-lite meeting. Registration fees are drastically reduced (50 euro full member, 25 euro for students) and comprise full membership to our Society for one year.

Registration will be closed on September 8th,11:59:59pm CET

Please check our AETE website regularly at www.aete.eu for updates.
We remain devoted to providing you with the best cutting-edge embryo technology research and practice, this time, in a novel, engaging format.
We thank you for your continued support and look forward to welcoming you to our virtual meeting in September 2020.
We ask you to share this invitation within your network.
Enjoy your holidays,
