Abstract submission now open for AETE 2020

Abstract Submission Deadline: May 1, 2020

Dear Colleagues,
This is your first invitation to participate in the  36th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Association of Embryo Technology in Europe (AETE) that will be held in Dublin, Ireland, from Thursday 10h to Friday 11th of September 2020.
Beware of the changed dates! Spread the word and forward this invitation to your network.
AETE wants to facilitate science communication and the translation to practical application. So, you are kindly invited to submit your abstract summarizing the exciting research you have done within the frame of AETE society. 

IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO KNOW:

  • Accepted papers and abstracts will be published together with the Brazilian Society for Embryo Transfer (SBTE) in the Journal of Animal Reproduction (cited by Web of Science and Pubmed). 

  • Please read the abstract submission guide carefully before submitting your abstract.

  • Abstracts must be submitted through the online platform Conftool before May 1st at 11:59:59 pm CET.

  • To submit your abstract you will need to create an account with the abstract management system ConfTool.

AETE stimulates Student participation
 
The AETE is committed to stimulate student to participate in and to present and network at our annual meeting:
  • Graduate and post-graduate students only pay their membership fee. Student registration (early bird) is for free!
  • Graduate and post-graduate students may submit abstracts for consideration in the AETE Student Competition. Five finalists will be asked to present their work in the main conference program.
  • Graduate and post-graduate students (co-) authoring an abstract are welcome at our student-lunch. They will meet the invited speakers and can work on their international network. 
  • Last but not least, AETE is preparing another important “treat” for the students. Be prepared, stay alert, … you will be informed the coming weeks!
Abstract Awards
 
The 36th Scientific Meeting of the Association of Embryo Technology in Europe is honored to announce the Student Competition and Best Oral and Poster PresentationAwards. 

To enter these contests, please read all the Requirements for each competition and study the Selection criteria  for the Student Competition.
