Guidelines for Poster Presentation

Authors must upload their poster (in pdf-format) for each accepted abstract in the ConfTool system before the 1st of September. Once logged in (https://www.conftool.org/aete2024/), the submitting author must click “Upload and overview your submissions”, then on “Final Upload” (underlined in yellow) and finally upload the pdf-file of the poster by clicking on “Choose a file…” at the bottom of the page. Do not forget to save changes by clicking on the button “Upload File(s) and Save Data”.

Poster Size

Each poster board is  118,5 cm wide x 146 cm high (A0 size, portrait). Each board is numbered in the upper left corner. The page number of your abstract in the proceedings corresponds with your poster board number.

Setup

All poster presenters are to post their posters on their assigned boards on September 4th from 18:00 to 20:00 and on September 5th from 08:00 to 09:00. Push-pins or adhesive tape will be provided to mount your poster to the board.

Please be aware that once your poster has been accepted for presentation you are obliged to put up and present your poster. The poster sessions are significant parts of the conference program.

Teardown

Posters must be removed from boards on September 6th from 16:00 to 18:00. Otherwise, assuming the authors agreement, all remaining posters that are not taken down will be removed and discarded.
