Authors must register on Conftool by the 26th of August and upload their poster (in pdf-format) by the 30th of September.
Authors can upload two PDF files:
1) poster
2) presentation (if requested).
Once logged in (here), the submitting author must click “Upload and overview your submissions”, then on “Final Upload” (underlined in yellow) and finally upload the pdf-file of the poster by clicking on “Choose a file…” at the bottom of the page. Do not forget to save changes by clicking on the button “Upload File(s) and Save Data”.
Local poster printing
Posters can be printed in Cork by sending the files to info@hayesprint.ie, marked to the attention of Kirsten and identified as AETE posters. The service costs €20 (paid at time of consignment) and the files must be sent by 3pm on Monday the 1st of September. The posters will be delivered to the Clayton hotel on Tuesday the 2nd of September and can be collected at the registration desk.

Poster Size
The size of the poster is A0 format (841 x 1189 mm, portrait). The poster boards are 118,5 cm wide x 146 cm high (A0 size, portrait). Each board is numbered in the upper left corner. The number of your abstract in the proceedings corresponds with your poster board number.
Poster sessions
Posters sessions will be located in the Stairwell area at Ground floor (see Map of the Venue). Posters are numbered as listed in the Program Book (see pages 19-23).
All posters with EVEN numbers can be put up on Wednesday 3rd and on Thursday 4th before 08.00 h. All posters must be removed on Thursday evening before 18.30 h. After that time posters will be removed. All posters with ODD numbers can be put up on Friday 5th before 08.00 h. All posters must be removed on Friday before 18.30 h. Posters that are not taken down in time will be discarded. The posters of the student competition (1-5) will be presented through all 4 poster sessions.
Poster session 1 will take place on Thursday 4th, 10.30-11.30 h (EVEN numbers).
Poster session 2 will also take place on Thursday 4th, 15.45-16.30 h (EVEN numbers).
Push-pins or adhesive tape will be provided to mount your poster to the board.
Please be aware that once your poster has been accepted for presentation you are obliged to put up and present your poster. The poster sessions are significant parts of the conference program.
Presentations format
Authors are advised to prepare presentations in wide-screen format (16:9).
